Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of andycomedy.com, the official website of comedian Andy Steinberg. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
Tickets are sold by the venues, not by us
This is the most important thing on this page. Tour dates listed here link out to the venue or its ticketing partner — TicketWeb, Ticketmaster, Prekindle and others. Your ticket purchase is a contract between you and that seller. We don’t process the payment, we never see your card, and we can’t change an order.
That means the seller, not this website, is responsible for:
- Prices, fees and availability
- Refunds, exchanges and cancellations
- Age restrictions, drink minimums and entry requirements
- Seating, start times and doors
- What happens if a show is postponed or cancelled
We publish dates as accurately as we can, but shows move. Always treat the venue’s own listing as correct, and take any ticket problem to the seller you bought from.
Merch: shipping & returns
Merch orders are taken through Square, which handles payment and card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when the order is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price is listed in error.

| Hasn’t arrived? | If your order hasn’t turned up 3 weeks after you placed it, message us and we’ll track it down and put it right. |
Returns and exchanges
- Wrong size? You can exchange a shirt within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn and unwashed. You pay the postage to send it back; we pay to send the new size. If that size has sold out, we’ll refund the shirt instead.
- Wrong, damaged or faulty item? Tell us within 30 days of delivery (a photo helps). We’ll replace it or refund it, and you won’t pay any postage.
- Stickers are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
- We don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind, but we’re always happy to swap a size.
How to start a return or exchange: use the contact form, choose “Merch order”, and include the order number from your Square receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Square; your bank may take a few days to show it.
The mailing list
Joining the mailing list or a show waitlist means you’re asking to hear from us about tour dates, on-sales, podcast episodes and merch. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. Joining a waitlist is not a ticket, a reservation, or any guarantee that tickets will be available.
Content on this site
The text, photographs, artwork, video and design on this site belong to Andy Steinberg or to the people who licensed them to him. You’re welcome to share links, quote a line, and post clips the way people normally do online. You may not copy the site wholesale, use its content commercially, sell merchandise bearing his name or likeness, or present yourself as representing him.
Using the site sensibly
Please don’t attempt to break into the site, scrape it in bulk, submit other people’s personal details through the forms, or use the contact form or waitlist to send spam or abuse. We may block access where any of that happens.
Links to other sites
We link to venues, ticket sellers, podcast platforms and social networks. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their content or how they operate.
No guarantees about the site itself
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be online, error-free, or that every date and price is current at the moment you read it.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Andy Steinberg is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site — including a missed show, a travel cost, or a problem with a ticket bought from a third-party seller. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page will change with them. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in California.
